AAPC partnered with Happy Tails to develop two distinct dog daycare locations at 120 Duane Street and 1535 Second Avenue. Each project balances durability, warmth, and efficient operations within an environment thoughtfully tailored to dogs and their owners. Our work began with detailed site surveys and regulatory coordination, followed by comprehensive construction documents covering floor plans, elevations, sections, and custom details.
