622 3rd Ave
AAPC developed the architectural and interior design for Farzi Restaurant at 622 3rd Avenue, a flagship Indian dining destination set within Grand Central Plaza. The exterior reimagines the freestanding pavilion with a dark metal frame, full-height glazing, and a sculpted brass entry portal accented by the address number, while a planted green roof softens the building against the surrounding towers. Inside, a dramatic double-height main level features deep crimson walls, custom millwork, and oversized stained-glass dome chandeliers above a long central bar, with a lower-level dining room extending the experience below grade. Our team coordinated the storefront, interior architecture, lighting, and code compliance to deliver a cohesive, brand-forward hospitality environment.
