AAPC leads the ongoing extension of all HMart facilities in Queens. Although the building is in a commercial zone, our team, in close collaboration with BVS, was able to legalize manufacturing components using proper stacking and massing options in compliance with regulations. Consequently, the facility is efficient from its highly terminally insolated shell and green solar collection offsetting their carbon footprint. Efforts are still ongoing during the construction phase.
