AAPC designed a multi-level Japanese dining experience for Yume Ga Arukara on 5th Avenue, weaving traditional Japanese craft with contemporary warmth. Sculptural wood ceilings, woven textures, and layered lighting set the tone on the main floor, while an intimate mezzanine and a glass-enclosed rooftop patio extend the experience upward. Our team coordinated every detail — from the deep blue storefront and signature signage to bespoke finishes and code-compliant restrooms — to deliver a refined hospitality environment that honors the brand's identity within the constraints of a Manhattan landmark corridor.
