130 W 57th

Transforming Cad & The Dandy's new retail space at 130 West 57th Street—set within an individual landmark—required our team to navigate historic and regulatory demands with precision. We secured commissioner-level approval from the Landmarks Preservation Commission for the storefront design, honoring the building's character while introducing a distinct new identity. Simultaneously, we developed the refined interior and obtained all necessary DOB approvals to ensure a fully compliant and cohesive result. We prepared a comprehensive construction set covering both interior and exterior work and worked closely with the client and construction team to shape every detail. Through this integrated effort, we delivered a retail environment that embodies the brand's ethos while respecting the architectural significance of the building.
