122 Hoyt St

AAPC designed 122 Hoyt Street, a contemporary multi-family residential building in Brooklyn that balances a bold urban presence with a calm, refined interior character. The dark brick facade, deeply recessed window frames, and full-height glazing give the building a strong identity along a block of traditional brownstones, while a setback penthouse and landscaped entry court soften its scale. Inside, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas are finished with herringbone wood floors, marble surfaces, and custom millwork, and bedrooms and bathrooms carry the same restrained palette of light stone, soft textiles, and integrated lighting. Our team coordinated the facade, unit layouts, interior finishes, and code compliance to deliver a cohesive residential project from streetscape to interior detail.
